Itinerary

We will pick you up from the hotel at 5:00 a.m. then we will drive the bus for about 2 hours through a beautiful landscapes, where we can see the snow capped mountain of Salkantay and the Valley of Limatambo, then we will arrive at Mollepata town located at 2900 m.s.n.m. Mollepata is an small town where we will have our breakfast.

After the breakfast we will continue by bus for about 45 minutes to Soraypampa (3900 masl) from where we will start our trekking for 2 hours enjoying amazing views of the snow capped mountains of salkantay and humantay. Humantay Lake is located on the slopes of the same name over 4200 m.

When we arrive there we will have between 40 minutes to an hour to enjoy the tranquility and peace of this place and take our pictures, after having a nice experience, we will begin to descend again downhill to Soraypampa for about one hour where our transportation is waiting for us to take us to Mollepata town to have our delicious lunch.

After this, we will return to Cusco around 5:00 p.m.

What to bring

YOU SHOULD BRING:

Small backpack.
Warm clothes (Jacket, fleece, gloves, warm hat) it’s windy all the time.
Baseball cap

Horse rental (S/ 100.00 like a US$ 27) Those are rented by the local people, you can pay on the same day.

1.- Pay a booking deposit of total price US$40 + 5% card fee per person.
2.- Pay a booking deposit of total price US$ 40 + 6% per person through Paypal.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.- You must inform us of any medical problems or allergies. You need to be in good physical health and if your health is questionable, then you should consult a doctor. If you are over the age of 70, then you will need to present us with a current medical certificate as this trek goes to 4880 masl. (it is highly recommended that you have to be in cusco 2 days in advance to acclimatize or to use to the altitude).
2.- You must inform to your tour guide if you are felling altitude problem in that moment so he can solve any problems as soon as possible.
3.- Our company will take all reasonable care in providing service to our clients to avoid accident, illness, loss of personal property and will only employ suitably qualified staff. We accept responsibility for the actions of our own employees. we cannot however be responsible for any action or event that was unavoidable. We also cannot be responsible for improper acts by clients or other third party. You are totally responsible for your own personal property and rented equipment.
4.- Our travel agency does not take responsibility for additional costs due to unfavorable weather conditions, natural catastrophe, strikes, accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal items, etc. It is the clients responsibility to carry insurance to cover these types of events. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program due to any of the unforeseen conditions listed above.

A.- Cancelation of the tour once you have paid a deposit and received a confirmation incurs in the loss of the booking deposit. (total price) per person. Non-refundable booking deposit.
B.- Cancelation of tour within 45 days to 31 days before departure incurs a loss of 70% of total tour cost…
C.- Cancelation of tour within 30 days to 8 days before departure incurs a loss of 80% of total tour cost…
D.- Cancelation of tour within 7 days – 48 hours of departure incurs a loss of 90% of total tour cost…
E.- Cancelation of tour within 48 hours of departure incurs a loss of total tour cost…
